Produced exclusively from scrap generated in rubber-producing plants, such as EPDM. All materials are shipped to us in small-sized containers to preserve purity. These materials are then ground and homogenized in our plant into 24–ton batches. Ground rubber and plastics proceed through magnetic and non-magnetic metal separators. As one of the few, we also produce  rubber granules  discontuell– i.e. ground  material is not screened immediately after grinding, but at least 2 weeks afterwards, which prevents the material from bonding.

• RECOMPOUNDING SOFT PVC PELLETS are used for manufacturing construction of waterproof membranes, pondliner, hose pipes, wheels, various sealing profiles and in the shoe-making industry.
• RUBBER GRANULES will find its application mostly in the building of sports surfaces, such as athletics tracks, football pitches and children playgrounds. They are used both as a subsurface for playgrounds and as a filling for artificial lawns. We produce crushed rubber with the grain size ranging from 0.5 mm up to 25 mm. The grain size and weight per litre can be manufactured to individual customer specifications. Fine crushed rubber is also used in the rubber-making industry and for asphalt modification. For these applications, we also produce very fine crushed material with the grain size of up to 0.3 mm.

• Octabins with granules are furnished with PE film.
• Each pallet with material leaving our plant is marked with an identification label to individual customer specifications.

• We ensure top quality of our granules by homogenizing them to batches of up to 24 tons.
